Event Description:
High Desert HR Association, an affiliate of SHRM, offers Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace presented by Cammie Pollastro an Assessment Coordinator & Research Analyst at WWCC. Participants will gain an understanding of Emotional Intelligence and their individual ability to recognize emotions and actions in themselves and others. A success model for Emotional Intelligence will be presented along with applicable techniques for incorporating principles of Emotional Intelligence into your workplace.

High Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HRCI General Credit.
