Participants will gain an understanding of Emotional Intelligence and their individual ability to recognize emotions and actions in themselves and others. A success model for Emotional Intelligence will be presented along with applicable techniques for incorporating principles of Emotional Intelligence into your workplace.\nHigh Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HRCI General Credit.
