High Desert HR Association, an affiliate of SHRM, presents:

THE FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE ACT (FMLA)

During this training you will receive an overview of the FMLA including employer coverage; employee eligibility; qualifying reasons for leave; amount of leave; employer and employee rights and responsibilities. Additionally, scenarios will be presented to allow participants to determine how FMLA applies to the situation.

 

High Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HRCI General Credit.
