Due to inappropriate behavior of high profile people, sexual harassment is getting a lot of attention these days and employers' efforts to address harassment in the workplace are under more scrutiny than ever. Employment attorney Brad Cave will explain the best practices for employers to prevent harassment, and discuss how to respond properly to complaints of inappropriate behavior in the workplace.
