Event Description:
Western and the Exercise Science program will host the 9th annual Run With Sandy - Together For A Cure 5K on Saturday, May 3. This is more than a race; it’s a movement to provide support and raise awareness in our community towards all cancers. Run for yourself, run for someone you know, or donate at the run and directly support our Sweetwater Regional Cancer Center. Whether you are a seasoned runner or walker, this event is perfect for everyone.
 
Check-in, donations and same day registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Western Commons. Registration is by donation, and open to the public. T-shirts will be available on a first-come basis for those who make a minimum $20 donation, while supplies last. All members of the community are encouraged to participate.
 
This run is made possible with sponsorship from Western Wyoming Community College Exercise Science Program, Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, and Western Wyoming Beverage.
