In today’s climate employers must be prepared to deal with complaints from employees, clients/customers, or the public.  This session will cover the appropriate responses and legal requirements of employers when complaints are made.

 

High Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HRCI General Credit.
