Event Description:
One of Sweetwater Countys most unique event, the Green River Pond and Garden Tour. This biannual event allows visitors access to 12 garden homes in Green River and Rock Springs. Each garden home will entice all your senses.
Visitors will experience high desert gardening and the joy of backyard ponds. Colorful Koi will draw you in as they swim playfully in the water. Get information on what plants thrive in our area and gardening ideas for your own backyard. There will be a Master Gardener at a designated garden home. Be sure to Take this opportunity to ask questions about your garden problems. The garden gates open at 9am and close at 3pm. This event is free to the public. You can get tour guides at Riverside Nursery, Green River Chambers, our facebook page, Green River Star and Rocket Miner.
