Developments Relating to Medical and Parental Leave

This presentation will review the various paid leave proposals before Congress, the expanding scope of leave obligations under the Family and Medical Leave Act, and discuss unique discrimination issues relating to parental leave. In addition, learn some of the trends in employer-provided leave benefits.

 

High Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HRCI General Credit.
