Event Description:
High Desert HR Association, an affiliate of SHRM, presents:

Conscientious Communication

Participants will learn what conscientious communication is. Identify different communication styles. Increase awareness of workplace negativity and learn conflict resolution strategies. A greater understanding of how communication can make or break professional relationships will also be gained.

 

High Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM and HRCI to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs). This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HR General Credit.
