This presentation will provide an overview of the common problems the division finds in compliance issues with the FMLA. Participants will learn when the FMLA applies to businesses and its workers, when and how a business should give a worker notice about his/her rights under the FMLA, responsibilities of the employer, and responsibilities of the employee.
