Event Description:
It's time for our annual Health Fair - and an annual look at your health! Take advantage of discounted lab testing during the month of February. Your results will be ready to pick up at our annual health fair when you'll also have the opportunity to review your results with a health care provider. You'll also have the opportunity to visit with informative wellness and community outreach booths. Stop by to see what our community has to offer!

Castle Rock Medical Center will be offering Health Fair testing on February 2nd & 3rd, 9th & 10th and 16th & 17th. Walk-ins are welcome the week of February 5th-9th. Our annual Health Fair is scheduled for February 24th from 9:00-12:00 am.
