Castle Rock Hospital District's 11th Annual Heath Fair is scheduled for April 1st from 9:00 a.m.-12:00. p.m. at the Castle Rock Medical Center. This event is open to the public. Health fair participants may pick up their results and review them with a health care provider. Free blood pressure checks will be offered and Patient Portal information and set up help will be available. The communitiy is encouraged to stop by and see what local healthcare and outreach services are available.
